Wood pellets are the most quality type of granular fuel. This cylindrical compressed wood waste (sawdust, chips and other waste sawmill and wood processing).

The process of pellet formation takes place under a pressure of about 300 bar, without any additives and adhesives. The calorific value of wood pellets is about 5 kW / h (4,300 kcal / h), which is comparable to coal.

At burning 1 ton of pellets is allocated as much energy as in the burning:
• 480 cubic meters. meters of gas

• 500 liters. diz. fuel

• 700 liters. fuel oil

Wood pellets are a much more environmentally friendly than conventional fuels. At burning wood pellets:

• from 10 to 50 times lower emission of carbon dioxide
• from 15 to 20 times less ash
• practically no sulfur emissions

Pellets are environmentally friendly fuel, since their combustion emit as much CO2 as was absorbed by the tree during its growth (the closed carbon exchange), unlike coal etc.  Using the pellets, you save from cutting the living forest and pollution waste wood processing of environment.

ADVANTAGES WOOD PELLETS:
- Exclusive environmentally friendly fuels;
- affordable price;
- Unlimited shelf life;
- High calorific power (16.5 MJ / kg and above);
- High density (about 1200-1600 kg / m³)
- Low humidity (7-10%);
- Minimum ash content (0.5% for premium grades and up to 1.5% in standard-grade)

-high caloric value;
- The duration of combustion;                                                                                                                                      - A small amount of pellets is required for operation of the boiler during the day and the heating block of flats.
- The boiler with pellets do not need special care and cleaning.
- Automation processes storage, transportation and feeding into a furnace;
- High efficiency of use;
- in the transition to a new type of fuel previously used, the heater does not require any change or retuning.

- Transportation of pellets, does not require specialized transport. Pellets are easy to store. Convenient packaging allows to calculate the volume of transport and consumption of pellets.
- Pellets no smell and they are not biologically active, as have been heat treated.

USE OF PELLETS:
- In the boilers and fireplaces for heating private houses, offices, retail space;
- Boilers housing and communal services;
- In systems of combined heat and power for heat and power;
- Fillers for cat litter.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE PELLET:
Pellets are supplied in p/e bags of 15, 25, 35, 50 kg, or in "big bags" - on 500, 1000 kg or more.

If the pellets are stored in sealed plastic bags, their quality is not reduced.
